Ok 1st off it its a 78 305 a It's crazy only time it make the sound is when I go for a long drive at 1st I thought it was a spun rod bearing but now I'm not sure an idea

What does your oil pressure look like, cold, cruising, idling hot? Temp?

Does it get louder with more throttle, quieter, etc? Check your torque converter bolts. A loose converter can make a noise similar to a rod know. A spun bearing would be pretty noticeable, very low oil pressure and most likely loss of power, atleast in my case it was.

When u give it more gas it sounds the same so I'm really lost an what's suckes is that I don't have anygauges

it's good that you found it and it turned out to be nothing to do with the engine... 🙂
