In case you guys were curious.. I went to look at the car last night.
If you call this guy he'll hand the phone off to his GF cuz he's mostly deaf.

The bad:
Keep in mind I didn't get a great look at it due to being shoe-horned into a tiny garage with two flat tires and no light.
The interior is NOT mint as the ad says. Very sun faded
The body is not straight as he told me on the phone, but it's not bad for a MN car. Pass door is the worst.
Rear bumper shocks are pushed in, but the bumper looks ok and the filler actually might be salvageable.
Supposedly the 3.8 runs great, but leaks water so bad you can't run it too far.
It leaks due to a stripped out bolt hole on the thermostat housing
It has the stainless rock panels on the bottom of the doors etc that make it hard to see the rust
Really needs paint

The good:
In the shape the car is in, he won't sell it. IMO it could be had for well under $1000.
Has a new headliner
T-tops supposedly don't leak
It felt to me like the roof under the vinyl was good

Other than that, you're on your own. It's worth a look, but it's a project for sure. Great car for a teenager to fix and drive as-is
