hello gbody community. i recently did an engine swap into my el camino from a 305 to a 350, i was wondering if anyone has ever used the adjustable throttle bracket and where to install it. Im using a street avenger holley 670 cfm carb with a edelbrock performer intake manifold if this info is needed. The throttle bracket im using is similar to this one. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-g1414
Appreciate and help or input.

Yeah I using the exact same one on my 86 cutlass with Olds 350 and have no issues with it at all, very easy to install!

im trying to figure out where i need to install it. Right now i have it bolt on the same stud the carb is in to the intake manifold, does it go there or somewhere else on manifold. Plus will i have to adjust my throttle cable cus as of right now its loose.

It will mount to the carb to intake bolt yes! as for adjustment of your throttle cable, it may require a bit of taking the slack out of the cable as mine did also.

Awesome, i guess my question now is, how do i adjust the throttle cable and transmission cable (if thats what its called) to make them both shorter. Sorry this is my first time swapping and engine and not very familiar with this part of the installation. Thanks for the help.

are we talking about an olds 350 or a chebby 350?
