I purchased a set of front drag shocks and the directions are pretty vague. It has settings for R(regular), F(firm) and XF(extra firm). My question is which one is 90/10, 80/20 and 60/40. What is used most for drag racing 90/10? If so what is 90 (slower rise?) and what is 10 (faster fall?)?

It depends if they are double adjustable or single adjustable to see what they adjust.

They are the shocks that you fully compress and then turn the shaft to the setting you want. I think that XF is 90/10. Would this be ideal for a drag car?
