Ok, I put this in the general section for the most exposure. I am looking for some NICE aftermatket switches. Rocker, pushbutton, etc. No toggle switches or the ones with the gaurds, this isn't a fighter jet (i can get them from my A-10's 😀 ).

I will be redoing my my GP dash insert, and I have a few things to add to the dash:

ALKY on/off
N2O on/off
Manul fan HIGH (maybe)
Acc (just an extra slot)
Maybe driving/fog lights (if I can get a factory switch)

Alky push to test
WBO2 push to calibrate

In anycase, I would like something backlit, and matching if I can. I don't like the plain colored ones really. I can always get them. I knw we have some 4x4 guys here, import lovers, etc. Maybe someone has seen a cool switch.

Thanks all 😀

I am liking the R7 style switches. The are configurable all sorts of ways. I see some labeled and backlit. Hmmm, any others?

I am liking that style switch. I think I may be going that route.

I just recently installed these to replace my auto parts store rocker switches, they are sold by Painless the same ones that come in their switch panels and made by Carling Technologies they have some different styles on their site also: http://www.carlingtech.com/switches

Thanks guys, The carlingtech ones I have seen before. I am still liking those R7 style, like 454 and lilbowtie have. After looking at them, they seem pretty big. Not sure if I want to go that big or not. Decisions decisions. Keep the ideas coming, thanks guys!

Might be overkill, but I use both these style Blue Seas panels on my boats. I like that they can be fuses or circuit breakers (I use breakers-15amp) and the breakers are the push-to-reset type. Either style can be had in 2-4-6-8 gang and are led backlit. The Contura style are mounted in an aluminum plate and the toggle type have a removable plastic cover. Either can be had vertical or horizontal mount and the included labels cover just about everything.

Bonnewagon, the contura style has caught my eye also, I was looking at some marine sites for these. I don't need the breakers or fuses, I think if it were a strict track car, having CBs right there would be convenient. Having them backlite, and the option to have a label on there backlit too, has caught my eye.
