hey whats up guys looking to buy a aftermarket fuel level gauge and i'm LOST as to what gauge i need to buy i know nothing about that aspect. i found one on ebay the sunpro 7109 which the sender included just want to know because it says 33ohm empty 130 ohm half and 240ohm full... will it work?? if it comes with a sender??

You need a gauge that will work with your stock sender. 0-90ohm GM. No reason to try modifying your tank for an aftermarket sender when you can just use the stock one.

i think my factory sender is off tho reads 1/4 tank when its on empty she left me once already it bounces back and forth wouldnt it make sense just to buy a new one?

That sounds more like a wiring issue. Check for loose connections and make sure the ground is in good shape.

Like said check wiring before taking take off . I bet .This is common . Even the impala up to 2002 (maybe newer ) Had the gauge that is off or bounced .

But know what its like to go by mile all time as to gas usage. Good luck

so i'd have to take the gauge cluster apart i would assume... excuse my lack of knowledge

Check the wiring by the gas tank first since it's easy to get to and more likely to be damaged. You'll see the wire running to the tank, I think it's pink or purple. I am not positive how easy the ground is to find so you will have to look around for that.
