My ac is blowing out the floor vent where the heater normally blows. Looks like I may have one or more of the vacuum actuators that aren't working. Does anyone know where these might be available?

There is a flap that closes off the floor vent when the AC/heat is not directed there, and an actuator is located on the D/S of the module. Remove the lowest section of ducting and stick your head down there and verify that it's working. That said, mine works but leaks badly. So much so that in summer I jam a rolled up towel into the lower duct to force all the cool air topside.

Check the vacuum supply, from the engine, ALL the way to the vacuum manifold tubes. That hook up is under, or behind the glove box. Now, because of neglect, those blend doors get sticky. The one you want to open is straight up under the dash where your rite knee is, in the driver seat. It sits closed, and is opened when you move to vent, or a/c. I replaced those vac switches(2) on the control panal. NOT IT. If your engine is HOT, the vacuum signal might be weak. When you find the vacuum manifold connection, usually the purple is the engine supply. Find out the tube color of the blend door mentioned. I have successfully used a jumper vac tube to open that door for the summer. Still blows down below, but better. Good luck.
