never claimed it in the ad. looks more like a leanto find. but if you buy it, you can call it anything you want.

>Condition: Salvage

Still thinks it’s worth $2500. If the rust underneath is as bad as the deck lid and quarters are that thing is worth about $25. The interior would be a stretch at that point, likely to be eaten by rodents by now.

what does "salvage" mean in pennsylvania? in minnesota it means damage to vehicle exceeds book value. whats book value of this car in pennsylvania? would something a little as a cracked windshield justify this rating? or was this an opinion by the owner?
till someone calls, its all conjecture.

Salvage would be near unrecoverable junk IMO, missing whole quarters, firewall or extensive roof rust, or a completely junk frame. Most would’ve considered mine salvage:

And most that called about it did according to the guy I bought it from, who was adamant it wasn’t.
But if the seller is quantifying the car as salvage in a binary way like Craigslist’s tags, why on earth they’re trying to sell it for what would buy you a nearly pristine example a couple of borders south is something to wonder about.
