Hey everyone- my name's Trevor I'm in Medford, Mass. I'm 20 and this is my third car but my grandfather drove an El Camino and my grandmother drove a 91 Mustang GT convertible that I grew up loving so I always wanted one of those I guess! I found my 85 Monte Carlo in a junkyard in the area sitting out front, story goes my father knew the owner of the place and I was able to beat another guy out there trying to buy it. It had 73K on the clock, and is completely stock except for dual exhaust installed by the previous owner. It has t-tops, but a column shift and a bench seat. The interior is faded due to it being left out in the sun for years I'd guess, but otherwise for a car in Mass the body and frame are rust free. I'm gunna need lots of help and I like seeing other cars for inspiration. I'm a student and lost my part time job so I'm looking for another but this summer is going to be the best time to make some changes. It's not on the road right now but hopefully I can get it running this weekend. My father is an ex-mechanic so he is showing me what to do cause I have no idea. Anyway just wanted to say hey to everyone! 8)
