Big hello to the forum. Been creeping for a while doing research before I pulled the trigger last week on a 1987 Regal Limited.

Hoping to fire up my build thread by spring when the cash flow is ready for this adventure. Already appreciate the knowedge you all have shared here.

That's a nice looking Regal you have there! Does it have the SBO under the hood?

Unfortunately no. It’s a plain Jane 305 for now.

I think I got pretty lucky anyway. It sure looks like a mostly unmolested original car with very minimal rust and a good option load for a limited. A steal for $2k in Canadian pesos.

It’ll go into the garage in the early spring for “modernizing”. Paint guns on the way, new compressor purchased last week. Parts and pieces are being researched and purchased for an LS swap. I sold my SRT8 to build this, it’s gonna be a great project. Kids are excited to get involved too. Can’t wait to get started.
