Just wanted to post up with my newest project and introduce myself. I'm not new to the old school cars at all just G bodies, I've had a '69 comet' 69-70 Chevy trucks, 71 cutlass, 73 blazer and a few others so Ive been around the block a bit. I just picked up this 84 monte carlo the other day. Obviously non SS 305 with either the 200 or th350 trans still working on finding out for sure, just haven't had much of a chance to dig into her. Plans are to lower her about 2" on all corners box the frame and do every suspension mod I can afford to do to do a little Auto cross with her. Possibly drop in either a 350 or just beef up the 305 a little bit. she needs some work like new tires an alignment and speedo cable aswell as trying to find out why she shimmies so damn bad at speed. well heres some pics of her

Welcome to the g body world, and good luck in your Monte. This is a great forum with a very good group of people on it that help with just about anything you might need. At least that has been my experience. So once again welcome.
