The upper bracket for the upper control arm is on an angle for a particular reason. The upper control arm has a 1.5" offset to compensate for the bracket's position on the frame. The set up is to prevent the front of the G body from diving when applying the brakes. The problem is if you want to drive your G body hard you can change the suspension components for performance parts but I have never seen any aftermarket parts to change the upper bracket so you can use even length upper control arms. In our circle tack G body we were not permitted to alter the suspension pick up points so we had to try to compensate the anti dive with our shocks but doing that didn't help the car exiting the corner or down the straight. For your car to rotate around a corner you want the front of the car to plant it's nose to and to leave it there until you are exiting the corner. The G body will pitch it's nose down when you hit the brakes but it fights to come back up. There is only one way to correct the anti dive and that is to remove the bracket and to weld a new bracket in it's place so you can used equal length upper control arms. I am surprised with the kits you can buy for the front end no one sells a bracket or even talks about the one thing that negatively effects the handling of these cars. The anti dive was installed in these cars to give the passengers a nicer ride, something most of us are not interested in.

Equal length as in pivot point centerline to balljoint in relation to the same distance on the lower control arm or or upper control arm pivot centerline being collinar to the lower control arm pivot point centerline?

equal length uppers,....if you replace the G body angled bracket with a bracket put on straight the upper ball joint will be in same place with an equal length upper control arm.

Could it be that most companies offer that to detour people from chopping off critical sections of their car and welding on a bracket as important as this for legal reasons? In most situations like that only a "certified welder" would be able to do that job legally. We all seen evidence that not all people need access to a welder. I suspect that aftermarket companies do the best they can to improve the handling of a car while avoiding cutting things like that like the plague

all the part including seat anchors we boubht for our circle track cars never came with any instructions, that saves the company from any liability. For these cars you'll find aftermarket parts to box the frame, narrow the frame for wider tires which all take some skills. If everything was within our comfort zone we would never learn new skills, I think everyone can learn to weld if they take some time to learn. I have a plasma cutter, a welder and a bunch of other tools at my son's place in his barn. My son had never touched a welder but he learned with practice to weld whatever he needs to weld. I bought my grandkids helmets and gloves so I hope they keep playing with the welder. it's a skill they can always use

So basically, hack the upper mount off and fab new or reuse. Weld at angle that matches lower control arm so they are in the same plane, and use an upper control arm that gets your caster in spec?
