anyone got the "LT4000 Deluxe Wheel Lock Removal Kit"

does anyone own this kit?
would anyone know if this would unlock the wheel cover on a 1984 olds cutlass?

Can you post a Pic. If it is steel, you will ruin them but in the past people have welded something to them that they then can put a wrench on and turn, just a thought.

Any good tire shop should have one and should be able to unlock your wheel covers. The Discount Tire shop by me has a bucket full of wheel cover keys. (wonder where they got them, LOL ?)
