I did my intro in the new guy section a couple days ago. I bought my grandpa's '79 last August and am in the process of collecting parts. The car is extremely nice and I almost hate to alter it, but Grandpa is a hot rodder from waaaay back and I'm sure he'll get it. But I don't want to just do one thing at a time -- I plan to collect all the parts and do it in one shot which brings me to my question...
Just wondering if anyone has run these wheels or has a pic of them on a Gbody (preferably a '78-'79 Cutlass). It seems that they are available in 15" and 17" and in a polished or cast center.

Here's a shot of my car as of Saturday...

My planned formula is as follows; replace the transmission with 200 4r, add 3.42 and limited slip, dropped springs (I have run Eibachs in the past and liked 'em), Flowmaster, medium tint in the windows, Nardi wheel, and the Salt Flats.
My plan is to have a fun cruiser, not a race car. That being said I'd love to get input from you guys. Blast away![/img]

Got pics? Is it somewhere on this forum? I see you have 17's on your car. Think that's what size I should run or should I go 15" to get a bit softer ride?

i think they would look good on that car, i like the cast look, or i'd get the centers color matched
