You could look for a cover made from Dupont's Tyvec, which is used as huse wrap in the construction industry. I think I remember seeing a company that uses it in a car cover but can't remember who.
 
I bought one from this same seller last Fall. I was sent out of town so I never got to install it. The outside feels like a raincoat and the inside is a softer fabric. Sure looks like a good one for the price. I havent checked the fit yet.


The "other" covers aren't waterproof and tear like paper after < 2 years.
