Those look good. He used to advertise them on Louisville Craigslist. At that time, he was asking around 200 for the set. This was over a year ago. It would prob be worth the $85 if u had it.

That guy has been ripping people off for years, sells the gbody window trim polished on ebay for top dollar when it's gonna look like crap in 3 weeks if not reanodized. I called him on it and he told me I may be right which is why he includes a bottle of polish :wink: But yeah, you can buy a roll of that stuff with enough to do a few cars for what he sells that for.

thats what i thought... i thought i had seen something similar at oreillys. a big roll of the exact same stuff..

LOL @ 87_Gbodies conversation with that guy. I've been looking at them for a while too and for what it is (just trim) I'm going with the orielly's stuff. I priced it friday just past $13 and it looks like enough to do front and back.

😀 8) sh*t at oreillys works. only enough for the front bumper and 1/4 of the back... two rolls and youre good. 26 bucks is a looottt better than 89 for the EXACT same product. definite easy, cheap and effective way to spice up a cutty..

I got mine from pep boys. worked perfect and uses 3m tape to mount them. highly recommended.

Bought mine from him years ago (and stored till last year) and I was happy with them. Haven't tried the auto parts sotre stuff, and if it is as good (and cheaper) that's great.
