Hey everyone. Anyone using the 60102 Lunati Voodoo camshaft? Think I have made up my mind to go with this cam and after speaking with Harold over on team chevelle forum who designed these cams along with comp cams, he recommends it as well. I'm going to be running 1.6 stamp steel rockers to give a little extra lift. Just looking for opinions on power from these cams compared to comp cams.

im not running one yet but i plan on installing a 60101 in a 305 with reworked heads hopefully next weekened. the 60101 has .454"/.468" lift and 252/262 duration, which seems like it would be healthy in the temporary 305. ive been wondering the same thing you have, my girlfriend picked me up the cam like 3 years ago for my birthday and i figure the 305 in my car is could candidate, but i to have been wondering about what kinda performance it will bring, and if anyone else is running them

From what Harold said, the 60102 made stupid power in his daughter's camaro berlinetta and still had good vacuum to operate the brakes without needing a vacuum canister. I was looking at the 60103 as well, but don't have the torque converter for my 700r4 to match that cam and at the same time it would probably take away from the torque I'm looking for on the street. Not a lot of vacuum with the 60103 either, so I think with the added lift from the 1.6 rockers and the 60102 will be perfect for what I need. Anyone else have any experience with these cams?

I had the 60102 cam a couple of years ago and i don't have anything bad to say about that cam. On the highway it was great and good torque too. Now i have the 60104 but i had to do some work to my vortec heads change the stall and put in a canister. No miles on this cam yet though. So moral to the story is that you'll be very happy with the 60102. Any more info let me know, I only have a burnout video of my regal when i had the 60102 cam in and the others that i have are with the newer 60104 installed if you would like to view them.

Was it very responsive off the line? Its hard to the hear the exhaust note of the cam because the video has a lot of static. I plan on using 1.6 stamped steel rockers and don't know how the added lift will effect overall power and exhaust sound. Anyone know if simply bumping up the rocker ratio from 1.5 to 1.6 changes the exhaust note of a cam? I understand that everything stays the same as far as cam specs, but is there any benefit to the added lift of 1.6 rockers?

I want to do some autocross with this car, but mainly street driven.
