My 1979 bumper mounts look like this

I'm wondering if I can use a set for a 1981-1988 Monte which looks like this

Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I don't want to spend money on something I can't use!

when I have a question like that I pick up a couple of coffees and head to my favorite recycling yard. They have all the interchangeable info you'll need on their computer.

I have Hollander powerlink in my computer. What make and model is it? Front or rear?

The recycling yard in my town shut down last year so now I have to travel a little bit to find a yard!

My car is a 1979 Monte carlo and it's the rear bumper. Thanks again for your help

78-80 Monte Carlo is the same, its more so of a bumper bracket not a bumper shock
