I got my Tag renewal yesterday, They will now let me licence my El Camino for 5 years at a time for $115 .
Because I have Collector car Insurance and No more Emissions Tests. That's kinda cool. 8)

My car is one year away from being an antique in the state of Florida. So I had to pay the full price of $320 to purchase my tag + $55 a year. :shock: We don't have any emmisions testing though.

Yeah, I did mine for 5 years when I first rgersters it a couple of years ago. It have was around $65 is I remember right (I just have plain tags so it was a bit cheaper. I like not living in Tucson/Phoenix area, no emsissions testing period....I get away with my engine swaps stat way. :lol:

Dang ours is $80+ per year! and going up to $99 a year by 2015.

Whats needed to obtain collector car insurance.. Any recomended in the state of arizona?

Ours goes by the weight of the vehicle. My cars including the cutlass is $60.00 a year per car, and my old beat up truck is $75.00 a year. Ours is now tied to inflation, so now it goes up at the rate of inflation or a max of 3% a year. When I first started driving in the late 90's, it was $22.00 a year for tags!

must be nice..... :| I have to emission my car every other year and get tags every year based on weight which puts them at about 50-70 bucks a year but since the last time it was registered was 08 so now i owe late fees :shock: Worse part is that they don't offer collector plates!
