backspacing

Anyone know the backspacing on the factory 87 442 rims.

I believe it's 3.5"...

I thought it was but wasn't sure. I took the wheels off my 87 442 and stuck them on my 84 with a chevy 12 bolt and it looked like they would rub the outer lip. I tried to get a good idea what it would take to put the rim and tire in the center of the wheel well and I came up with 5 1/2 total backspacing. Does this sound right?

Ah I see. No Norwalk for me. About the only thing I can afford to do is, maybe, attend the Antwerp car show, I'm broke :lol:
