BBC valve covers and factory A/C boxes

Stock height will fit(l got 468bb in my olds) but the tall l can't say for sure but if you manage to get engine in l don't think you'll get the tall back off. Even for the stock height it's a pain to take Valve covers off.
 
Thanks bob, I know non AC cars, its a little bit better. But I don't want to give up the AC. I'm getting older. I want comfort too.

Mine is AC and it's stock covers and l will tell ya it's a pain getting the covers off. It's so bad after setting up the Valves a couple of time l cut out the AC. I'm in Canada so don't need it as bad as South of me.

I'm thinking stock '67-'69 Camaro BBC valve covers may be a good choice to use cause I beleive the passenger side is clearance for the heater & A/C boxes.
 
There is a set of stock cheater valve covers sold that clear roller rockers. They are slightly taller than stock, but have the stock chrome appearance. I was hoping to use a set that I had but these may be a fall back if needed.
