Is anyone here parting out a 3.8 Buick? I need the OE Valve cover hold-downs and hardware. 1979 model year. Should be the same up to 1985? I will pay up to $20 & shipping.
Seems i lost mine or it's buried someplace. I am getting rid of the silly T-handles on mine.

Those older small block chevy hold downs are basically the same as the buick 231. 1381008.

The oddball is the front exhaust side ones that have the pin for the spark plug wire holder. 1251242 think i have also seen these on SBC and perhaps other engines.

oh really? I didn't know that. I'll try looking on ebay for some. Because right now my engine has T-handles on it with hold downs but i hate t-handles lol.
unless you have the complete LH/RH set too sell ?

Even if I do have the goods i have no idea where to find them.

Thought i would post the pic of the bolts and retainers since newmexguy posted he had the chevy retainers and i do believe they are the same.

I have a brand new set of valve cover spreaders, I believe these are the same ones used on the Buick V6. If interested, LMK...
