The Bay City Times reported today that Be Cool Inc. was sold (finalized Feb. !0) to a Bay City bussinessman (Art Dore), by Be Cool Inc. founder Roger Rosebush. Mr Rosebush was staying on as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition (for how long?).
