This is what I use.
Spray the nest with this powder and done. I used this in carpenter bees holes and they went down hard. Takes a few min for them to die but it does a great job. I spray at night when they are not active.
Check PPE and instructions as this stuff is nasty.

I use Hotshot that sprays 25 feet. Knocks them right out of the air and they never return to nest site
