They look good for sure, but unless I was going way stock, I'd prefer unbroken originals.
 
Randy if someone has Stock unbroken thats great,but the cheap way Pontiac had the grills made its way better to have them done with honey comb.Yep the grills you had in your 80 G/A are in Great shape,and the Guy still has it in Wisconsin but now it has 89 GTA Black rims on it.
 
i have stock L.A.X-CEllent cond "80 lemans' grilles 😀 but no grand am grilles.go with the custom mesh inserts looks niCE.i just did this to my sons 90 xj(jeep) but used the simple "lath mesh" :wink: where did you get your mesh from?
 
Check with Grand Am Man, not sure if he has any. I understand the difficulty in finding them, I was just expressing my opinion on the looks.

I should have kept it and saved it from guys with no taste! :mrgreen:
 
Out of curiosity, where did you source the honeycomb expanded metal???
