Hey guys,

Need some fresh 28/9/15 slicks for my 81 Malibu. 355sbc with a 8" 4200stall.
4.56. 370hp aprox.
I'll be running around 12 flat or slightly worse.

Iv only had M.T. slick my whole life on my other similar car.

They claim little to no burnout needed. This has been true for my 1200+ passes.

Now, alot of guys at the track, especially stockers, run Hoosiers. And I haven't heard anything on Goodyear.

What are your thoughts?
M.T. has been pretty good to me,
but Hoosiers look pretty cool:LOL:.

What do you guys run on similar set ups?

Thanks,
Myles

M&H Racemaster drag radials are an epic option.

I don't think there is a "BEST" brand of slicks it's what works for you. A lot has to do with your car and the compound you choose. I have migrated around and found the MT ET drags were to my liking 1.50 60's. This was the first year for radials on the Sonoma and HIGHLY impressed with them - they will be going on the Regal.

We like the 30" x 9" radial Hoosier and Goodyear on an 8" rim.
