Beware of Tioga used auto parts

Anyone in the Philadelphia area beware of tioga used auto parts in North Philly. We bought a rear there for our work truck and when we got it back to the shop and opened it up the gears were shot. These people refused to give us a refund or another rear. They are liars and cheats and it would be best to stay away.
