hello people: I work on things alone with no help. So how long do youz think it would take to gravity bleed a G body?

This is basically how I do it, I use pretty much the whole length of hose and route it up over the fender so I can see the fluid/air coming through. Just keep an eye on the reservoir so you don't run it dry.

When solo, I gravity bleed for a bit, then get a water bottle, cut a hole in the cap, fill it halfway with new fluid, then jam a hose the fits tight on the bleeder in the hole I made in the cap. Mare sure this end of the hose in submerged in the brake fuid.
Then, starting at your wheel (traditionally the furthest away), I put the hose on and crack the bleeder. Then go SLOWLY press the pedal to the floor then release. Do this a few times each wheel.
I often run my cell phone camera at the wheel I'm bleeding, focused on the water bottle, to check when the air bubbles are gone.

I've done this a bunch, on brakes and clutches. All but the most stubborn systems this has worked on.

Found a link for an article that does similar.

If you gravity bleed for a couple of hours and still have an issue, then you have one if two things going on - either the maser needs to be re-bled or your prop valve is whacked.

speed bleeders

I've used speed bleeders for brake bleeding on these cars for many years now, once done quick swap them out for regular bleeders. Can keep them in but for some reason I trust the regular bleeders and have seen how rusty the speed bleeders get from just sitting around in a garage.
