Does anybody else have the problem of there g body car leaning slightly to the drivers side? My wagon does or is it just normal?

Certainly not normal. Most likely a large person used to own your car, or always had alot of cargo on the drivers side, and the springs are giving up (what do you expect they are 36 years old any way), and will need to be replaced. You will also need to check body mounts for compression as well. Not the solution in every case just what I have seen.

to find out if it is the body bushings or suspension park the car on a level surface, make sure your tire pressures are equal and front tires are pointed straight. Then check the frame height at each end of the c channels. If the measurements are the same it's the body bushings and if they are not it's the suspension

there is extra weight on the drivers side, the steering column, brake booster and steering box add a few pounds...

I already changed the springs and shocks and it still does this. I had it checked to see if it was ever hit and it was not. Thank you guys for your input. I am going to have to look into the body bushings

Another thing to check is the control arm bushings. The OEM type are part of the suspension and affect your ride height. During installation they have to be torqued when the car is at ride height. If those bushing are broken the car can sit lower in that corner

Steve,
I'd definitely look at replacing the body mount bushings. You'd be surprised at how deteriorated and run down they are. Not saying all of them are collapsed and deteriorated, but I'm sure you'll find a few. Replacement will definitely tighten up the car.
It's quite noticeable after you do it.
