Depends on what you mean by "bolt-on". Pypes Exhaust (among others) makes a 2 1/2" dual system that eliminates the factory cat (though you could run dual cats with some cutting and welding). Theirs is an X-pipe system and is designed for headers. They do make down pipes for all popular GM V8s (including non-Chevy motors) that attach to the front of their system for use with stock manifolds.
