These are from the back seat of the Malibu coupe. The one with the spacer
Goes on the seatbelt holder and hold up the seat? Right. I forgot where the hole is for the other. It’s been a while. lol. Dez

10 or 12 mm? 50 Torx?

One appears to be seat bracket to floor pan. The other, like you say, appears to be the seat belt mounting bolt. These are DOT approved bolts so you have to be careful of replacement with substandard units.

Seats are out of the Monte and the Regal. I try to get you pics in the morning. Otherwise just fish around and you should see where the threaded holes are.

If the jute and carpet is in, you might have to use pick or awl to find the holes.
