Well i posted previously that about a month and a half ago, my 80 malibu blew the tailshaft housing to pieces cause I didn't check the needle bearings in the u joint caps. Luckily I got it back to the house. So I've spent my thanksgiving break from college fixing the problem and repainting the engine. here's a pic:
So today I finally got the engine all back together, had a new tailshaft housing on, and a new u joint. To my amazement, the transmissions ran just as good as it did before. So after I take it for a few test drives, I park it behind my dakota in the driveway instead of behind my dads toyota 4runner knowing he had to leave for the store. So when he is leaving, he cuts his wheels to stay on the driveway cause he didn't want his tires on the dirt and gravel (Don't know why, says it would wear out his tires). He was only looking out his driver side mirror but not his passenger one, which was the side my bu was on. His bumper ends up his my car at about an 11 o clock angle and right into my quarter behind the door. After spending all of my thanksgiving break fixing up my car, It ended up f***ed up again. Just freaken great.
