brake light prob.

okay the third brake light works blinkers work running lights work..but i have no brake lights on the two taillights brake light switch has been replaced fuse is good...bulbs okay...wiring seems to be okay.
 
Are you sure its the correct bulb?
 
check under the car on the drivers side for the brown wire, check it fron fuse box to the lights. thats whats wrong with my elky but i cant get to it because its too damn cold here. but make sure you check your chiltons or what ever repair manual you use for the color.

yes... i can make them work if i hook the third brake light wire to the tail light wire..but then one of the turn signals act up...

no prob! im new to g-bodys and any little help i can give is a great acomplishment or how ever you spell it :lol:
 
the bulbs are probably not getting enough contact, which was my problem i had to clean the housing for the bulbs real good cause they were really dirty now they work fine
