Car sat but I put knew rotors and pads lines and master. I than let the car sit for 5-6 years the brake pedal hits the floor no stopping the car. It's a 81 Buick Regal any ideas?

Sounds like you have a hole in a brake line. Is there any fluid leaking from under the car? Is there any fluid in the master cylinder?

Brake lines look good none even rusty I had them replaced years back. I filled the master cylinder was empty but full now and I don't see any leaks. I started the car up and pumped the brakes up keeps hitting the floor.

You most likely have air in the system. Start by bleeding the brakes. If that doesn't fix it, there is possibly air in the master cylinder or the master cylinder is bad.

also check near the rear wheels to see if may be wheel cylinder might have gone bad from sitting.never seen it happen before but there is a first for everything

if the master has gone empty you'll need to bench bleed the master and the proportional valve may need to be reset

I've had cars sit way longer than that with no brake issues. You gotta find the leak, bleed the master, then the lines.
