Brightest lights for an '80 Cutlass?

If you lived on my road you wanted to have the sun attached to the front of your car.

No street lights for miles, no house lights, or city lights for miles.... It's just black... I want to see what kind of furry creature I'm going to hit before I hit it.

The silver stars aren't bad but I'd like to go brighter. I checked into the Hella's and I think that might be what I do...
