Looks like it is sitting in some kind of old implement shed on a farm wherever. No sign that it has been used as a play toy by kids. Agree that the frame and floor panels are likely to be a lost cause BUT, replacement panels for the floor are available from a catalogue and with nothing to save from a collector or numbers matching point of view, this could make a good starting point for a low down hi-po corner killer using an aftermarket chassis. Cost = $$$; alternative would be to find a four door from that year and do a frame switch. Think more than one of those has been done by contributors to this site. Only bright spot here is that it is possible (ROTGLMAO) that the frame has survived and is still in good useable shape. Only one way to find out and that is a road trip with a session of the gopher shuffle (aka the earthworm crawl), complete with some trenching shovel exercise, at the end.
