Okay. I have my engine running like a champ. Sounds 100x better than before we did our work to it.

I have a valve cover bolt broken off into the head. Its not even sticking out. its below the surface level. I HOPE THERES SOMETHING I CAN DO TO GET IT.

I have oil leaking out of there now and its burning off of the headers..

SUGGESTIONS!PLEASE

Head to your local auto parts store and get a set of ez-outs or bolt extractors. I will caution you as to not drill the bolt out because on chevy engines, there is a water jacket directly underneath these bolts and if you drill too far you'll have big problems. Get a set of those, follow the directions and it will come out without issue.

Autozone may not be the best as they dont have a huge selection, try ace hardware, home depot, or lowes. Take a valve cover stud//bolt with you and get an ez-out kit with various sizes. The one you'll end up using is actually smaller in diameter than the stud that is coming out.

Ok cool, ill try that, i went to az and they didnt knw what size i needed and i had a bolt with me,
also,i read some instructions and it said somethin bout a tap set, what all tools will i need to do this cuz i dont wanna screw up,

We have a good selection of ez-outs and screw extractors at NAPA
