To make a long story short I broke a stud and Im pissed. How do you replace it?
I already went to the auto parts store and got a replacement stud.

I assume this is on the rear axle?

Typically you can pound or press the old stud out and then the new stud gets pressed in. You may be able to use a stack of washers and a wheel nut to draw the new stud into place.

yeah i ripped a few off, was close to the parts store, so i used the washer and lug nut method to pull them on. it was a pain with my little tire iron, but in a pinch it'll do. if you have a big breaker bar it shouldn't be too bad
