I found a great deal on a buick 430 big block wth 455 heads thats already rebuilt. anybody have info on this motor. I know its an oddball but it would be nice and different and I think it would look good in my regal.

The main difference between the 430 and the 455 is the way the rockers are oiled, the 455 is oiled through the push rods while the 430 uses a passage from the front cam bearing, through the head into the rocker shaft. Other than that, they are pretty much the same.
Yes, It must oil through the push rods. The 455 has the same oil passage as a 430 it's just not used.
