Those are factory rims from GM, 14x6, from a newer model 85-86ish regal. I have a set in my garage I grabbed from a salvage yard some years back in my quest to stockpile any and all factory style rims. They were optional equiptment, and because they didn't come with a bigger tire, weren't extremely popular with the ordering dealerships...
