Bumper question

i have an 84 regal and im going for GN look, is better 2 paint da chrome bumper black or buy da GN bumpers.( please list pros & cons) Thanx, Squinky33 😀

Ther are shops that do media blasting and powder coating only. These sops have the ability to blast/coat the original bumber satin black. It would cost around $200.
