how does that handle without power steering, i am thinking about taking mine off, but not sure. to bad you live so far away, i have a set of axles i would give you. are you in the UP part of Michigan, or the lower part?

Sorry i havent posted back in a while, it handles the same with out power stereing, it just takes some umpf, to get it to turn. and with my Spool i have in the car now, it even worse, but i still love it.

I came across anotehr 7.5 rear but this had 3.73s in it already and it was only $75, so i jumped on it. i put it in about a month ago, and it has held up so far! (crossing fingers).

I also put on my Drag radials. it still spins hard (when they havent been heated) in 1st but not through second anymore jjust a bit in second, so they helepd a bit on the street. I heated them up once and launched it and she took off quite nice, still some spinning, but im sure they will hook at the track.

Man, that sucks! The roof will be a PITA to fix because it has such a low crown. I had to fix mine from where I smacked it a few times with a Domino's Pizza car top sign (It spent 140,000 of it's 240k miles as a delivery car), and it took FOREVER to get it right because it oil canned any time I even touched it. Find the bastards who did it and make them drink some stinky old gear lube from a junked 73 Chrysler!
