did you pay with paypal ? they will give you your money back you just have to send it back to him when paypal tells you so .they will ask for a tracking # . i have quite abit of experience on ebay . my ebay name is 84wolves . i bought my regal off ebay 😀 . i have personnally done a claim through paypal i bought what was supposed to be a dash bezel for a 96 cavalier but it was for a 01 . he wouldnt take it back so i i claimed fraud through paypal the told me to send it back and supply a tracking # so i did and they refunded my girls cc .
