Can the inner fender be removed without fender? ElCamino

Guys, I have always bolted my inner fenders to my fenders and installed together. My El Camino heater box vacuum lines are broke off just under the box. I want to repair them but don't want to take apart half the front clip. Can the RH inner fender be removed on an El Camino leaving fender in place?

I have done it Robert....early last year when I pulled a heat only box out of a Malibu I parted out...

Yes, and will be a lot easier with wheel/tire removed on that side.

With the battery plate out of the way, it's not difficult. Shoot some anti-rust paint on the U-clips before you put it them back on. A small falt-bladed screwdriver inserted under the locking loop pops them right off.
