Can you put Hurst gauges in a Supreme?

Just to clarify; only 87 442's got the 120 speedo. If you ever see any other Cutlass, 442, or H/O with one, it was swapped in.

I just bought the indicator itself that goes into the cluster. How do you go about hooking it up? My Salon already has the rallye pack gauges and I'll be using a 3 speed lightning rod for my shifter so technically this indicator will be correct for my setup.

littlerascal,

The PRNDL is secured by (2) screws and the cable clip fastens to the steering column collar. It will probably take a few attempts to get the clip position correct. I'm using a (4) speed lightning rod set up with the factory 442 PRNDL indicator. When I first installed it, the 1 was way off as 88Hurstolds eluded to. Using (2) junk yard linkage arms, I welded on an extension to make the arm slightly longer which increased the stroke. After readjusting the clip position, the indicator positions are spot on and everything looks stock.
