It is pretty much a toss up to me but I give number 2 the edge. I think mostly because the blacked out bezels give the front more contrast with the grills vs the chrome which kind of blends together. The orange turn signals are a plus too.

I think the second picture with the orange lenses looks better, I could go either way on the blackout headlight bezels it really depends on the overall look of a particular car.
The thing I like about colored lenses is you run a clear bulb and don't have to worry about mismatched amber/orange bulbs.

x2....color of car, and trim level matters to this decision...just my .02
