Car dies in park when gas pedal pressed lightly

Do you know if your fuel filter has a check valve ? If so, the valve might be sticking.

The carb is squirting gas. I plugged the broken EFE line and it seemed to help but it's still bogging. There's even a sweet spot where I can make the car die altogether.
