I am working with my neighbor on his 72 challenger and it has a 440 six pack in it. I am having a hard time looking for the vacuum line diagrams for it. We can't figure out how they go. We have built this car from nothing and are almost done after 3 years and want to start it up by next weekend.

He is using a charcoal canister on it. One for the carb bowl vent, one for the tank vent, another for distributor vacuum and the other is for pcv valve, how it all goes together is beyond us.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good I'm not the only mopar chevy guy up here lol. As far as the vacuum lines, if you have a service manual look under the emissions section. If you need a service manual, your gonna have to look on ebay or other websites. I'm still trying to find one for my 71' roadrunner

My neighbor has a 71 roadrunner too!!!! needs to be restored after the challenger is done. We plan on having it done this weekend if all goes well.

There must be mopar forums but I guess it's understood that G body connoisseurs will even help out the enemy....

Yeah no fords!!!!

I am pretty sure it has a 340 in it. He is going to rebuild that engine and take out the 318 in his girlfriends duster and put the 340 in it. I think the duster is a 1973.

I just got mine recently. Its a california car with zero rust and numbers matching 383 4 speed with the pistol grip shifter, as well as the origional exhaust. Has the bikini vinyl top, rally gauges, console, and strangely enough AC. It also has a rare cassette recorder in it that was a special option. Dad says its called a Dicdephone and they're worth 1500 online in any decent shape. Has 100,000 origional miles and was taken off the road in 77' for whatever reason. Bought it off the guy for 7500
