RICE=Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. Also becoming painfully prevalent in older diesel trucks.

Grocery Getter = a car designed to be practical and economical for utilitarian purposes. Often manufacturers will offer sportier models of grocery getters that have varying high performance modificatons in an attempt to remove the grocery getter stigma.
Grandma Car = an older large or mid size seadan with low mileage for its age. Usually a base model, may have extra comfort options.
