Why would you want to do that? Dont push the gas pedal enough to open up the secondaries and they wont get used.
 
Your mileage would likely get worse if you did that. It's not an economy car, other than rethinking the whole thing, you really won't see any huge improvements. After all, the Quadrajet is what people switch to if they want fuel economy. Plus, the huge secondaries do not fully open, even under full throttle unless the engine can really use the extra air flow, or roughly above 4500RPM. So, 99.9% of the time you are only cruising on 175cfm (or thereabouts).
